Bastogne: the Battle of the Bulge

The Battle of the river Salm during World War Two is commemorated in the hamlet of Ennal, very near to Sunparks Ardennes. During the winter of 1944-1945, virtually every single soldier at the river Salm who faced the onslaught of the nazi crack troops perished in battle. The museum invokes this past with true to life scenes and an authentic collection. At Vielsalm railway station, there is a train wagon that was used to take the prisoners to the camps during the war.

Open all year during weekends - open every afternoon during the summer months. Just 5 minutes from Sunparks Ardennes.
