Montenau: genuine Ardennes ham:

Ham is smoked in observance of a time-honoured, artisanal method: over smouldering beechwood, strews with juniper berries. It takes five months before the ham is ready to be enjoyed. On weekdays, the smokers can be seen doing what they do best. On Saturdays too, there is a free guided tour of the premises - and you can pick your own gammon of ham.
